In the OnBase Cloud, security for media playback in OnBase Agenda Online is managed by document access. If document access is allowed, a token is issued for the media file the player sends when requesting playback for the user. Access tokens are issued when the on-premise AppServer requests a token from the AppServer at the OnBase Cloud location. The token is only valid for that specific event for that customer.
For YouTube, you can control the security options for the media when it is uploaded to YouTube in the Media Publisher configuration file.
