Configuring Meeting Display Timeout - Agenda Voting - Foundation 23.1 - Foundation 23.1 - Ready - OnBase - Premier - external - Standard - Essential - Premier - Standard - Essential

You can specify the number of minutes the meeting is displayed upon completion by configuring a timeout setting.

1. Open the VotingDisplay.exe file.
   By default, this file is located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Hyland\BoardMeeting\Voting Display directory on your local drive.
2. Locate the <Hyland.VotingDisplay> section and the AfterMeetingEndedDefault Minutes setting under Timeouts.
3. Set the AfterMeetingEndedDefault Minutes option to the value you want.
   The default value is 60. After the time expires, the display returns to the default screen.
4. Click Save to save the configuration file.
