To modify an attendee's role for the selected meeting, follow these steps:
Select one or more attendees from the Attendance field.
Right-click one of the selected attendees and select Role. A list of pre-configured roles displays.
Select the role you want to assign to the selected attendee(s). You are prompted to confirm that you want to assign the role to the selected attendee(s) for the meeting.
Click Yes to assign the role to the selected attendee(s).
