Application Enabler allows you to conduct RAC Patient searches directly from the line-of-business application.
To conduct RAC Patient searches:
- Open and log in to RAC Administration.
- Navigate to a screen in the line-of-business application containing data that you will use to conduct a RAC Patient search.
- Perform the configured mouse/keyboard event on the line-of-business application screen.
- Depending on your authentication configuration, you may be prompted to enter a User Name and Password.
- Click Login. The search results will display in the RAC Patient Search interface.
