This setting controls the amount of time (in minutes) that Keyword Value metadata can be stored in memory on the Application Server, which affects the amount of time a user has to import a document into OnBase.
By default this setting is set to 20, which means users can take up to 20 minutes to finish importing a document into OnBase without experiencing a timeout. Users who exceed the timeout value will be presented with an error message and the document will not be imported.
CAUTION:
Increasing this value can negatively impact system performance.
