f you selected Install OnBase Initialization Timer Service under General Settings, then you must enable the service in Timer Job Definitions.
To enable the initialization timer service:

Under Timer Jobs, click Review job definitions:

Click the
OnBase Initialize (Keep Alive) Job link from the list. The Edit Timer
Job page is displayed.
