Note:

This setting is only available when Update all documents with data from file is enabled.

This setting, when enabled, allows documents configured for Auto-Foldering to be re-foldered based on the updated values in the AutoFill Keyword Set. The documents are placed into existing folders or new folders created because of the updated Keyword Values. The folders in which the documents previously resided are left empty.

Verification Reports indicate if the Auto-Folder updated documents setting is enabled or disabled for an AutoFill Keyword Import process.
