If you receive the error Invalid number of fields while using the AutoFill Keyword Set Processor, and the configured .txt file contains the correct number of fields and uses the correct delimiters and separators, the text file you are using may not be plain text (i.e., it may have been created using an application such as Microsoft Excel, which embeds hidden code into the file).

To ensure you are using a plain text file:

  1. Open the file being referenced by the AutoFill Keyword Set Processor.
  2. Copy and paste its contents into a plain text editor, such as Notepad or Notepad ++.
  3. Save the file in the plain text editor. Reference the newly created file when configuring the AutoFill Keyword Set Processor.
