You can use a WorkView filter to identify Primary and Secondary Keyword Values when users trigger an AutoFill Keyword Set during indexing or re-indexing.
Note:
You must configure a WorkView filter prior to completing the steps below. The order of the Keywords in the AutoFill Keyword Set must match the order of the Attributes in the WorkView filter for the Keyword Values to be triggered properly. Note:
Text, Formatted Text, and Long Alphanumeric attributes and external class types are not supported with External AutoFill Keyword Sets.
To associate a WorkView filter with an External AutoFill Keyword Set:
