The AutoFill Keyword Sets Manager allows you to manually add an instance of AutoFill Keyword Values to an existing set (not new Keyword Types). After a Keyword Set is imported, it resides in the AutoFill Keyword Set Management dialog box in the OnBase Client, from where you can review and change them.

Note:

You will not be able to view or change any AutoFill Keyword Sets to which you have not been granted rights in the AutoFill Keyword Set Management dialog box.

Note:

Values for External AutoFill Keyword Sets do not reside in AutoFill Keyword Management, only values for AutoFill Keyword Sets that were processed or manually added into OnBase. You must view the values for External AutoFill Keyword Sets externally.

  1. Select Admin | AutoFill Keyword Sets | Management in the OnBase Client. The AutoFill Keyword Set Management dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select a Keyword Set from the AutoFill Keyword Sets Type list and click Add Set, View All, or View Search from the right side of the dialog box.
