You may not have rights to the AutoFill Keyword Set. Check the User Groups to which it has been assigned in the OnBase Configuration module.
If the AutoFill Keyword Set is still not displayed, check the Primary Keyword. If the Primary Keyword has the Hidden unless the user has Access Restricted Keywords privilege option enabled, the AutoFill Keyword Set is inaccessible. For this reason, always ensure that the Primary Keyword is not a hidden keyword.
