  1. From the Automated Redaction Dictionary Configuration dialog box, select the Dictionary to be configured from the Dictionary Name list.
  2. Click Document Types. The Assign Dictionary Document Types dialog box is displayed.
  3. From the Available list, select the Document Types that you would like to assign the Dictionary to. Only Document Types that are configured to allow redactions are displayed in the Available list.
  4. Click Add>>. The selected Document Types are moved to the Selected list.
  5. To remove a Dictionary from a Document Type, select the Document Type in the Selected list and click <<Remove. The Document Type is returned to the Available list.
  6. Click OK. The Assign Dictionary Document Types dialog box is closed and you are returned to the Automated Redaction Dictionary Configuration dialog box.
