Note:

This option requires your OnBase solution to be licensed for EDM Services and the original document's Document Type to be configured to allow revisions. For more information, see the EDM Services documentation.

  1. From the OnBase Configuration module, click Document | Document Types. The Document Types dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the Document Type to be configured from the Document Type list.
  3. Click Redaction. The Redaction Options dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select the Revision redaction method radio button. The remaining options on the Redaction Options dialog box are disabled.
  5. Click Save.
