Records for multiple Document Types can be created when the Bar Code Generator is used in conjunction with Application Enabler. In order to use this functionality, the scrape event must have multiple Document Types. To create records for multiple Document Types:

  1. Select View | Options | Resolve Document Types.
  2. Perform a screen scrape.
  3. The Resolve Document Type dialog box is displayed. Select the appropriate Document Type(s) to apply the scraped keywords. This will generate bar codes only for the selected Document Type(s).
    Note:

    The Resolve Document Type dialog box will always display on top of any other windows that are opened. If the Bar Code Generator is minimized, the Resolve Document Type dialog box will display in the upper left corner of the screen.

  4. Click OK.
