You can save records that are created. When records are manually saved, a .bar file is created. This file can be opened at a later time for use. To save a set of records:
Perform one of the following actions:

Click the Save button.

Select File | Save.

Select File | Save As...

Press CTRL + S on the keyboard.
If you select File | Save As... or you are saving a new record set, you are prompted to specify an appropriate directory and a file name. Click Save.
Note:
Saved .bar files can be viewed in Internet Explorer.
