You can navigate to the previous record or the next record.
To navigate to a previous record, perform one of the following actions:

Click the Previous button.

Select Record | Previous from the menu.

Press F9 on the keyboard
To navigate to the next record, perform one of the following actions:

Click the Next button.

Select Record | Next from the menu.

Press F10 on the keyboard.
To navigate to the first record in a set, perform one of the following actions:

Click the First button.

Select Record | First from the menu.

Press CTRL + F9 on the keyboard.
To navigate to the last record in a set, perform one of the following actions:

Click the Last button.

Select Record | Last from the menu.

Press CTRL + F10 on the keyboard.
If a record has required keywords, the user must fill them out, change the document type, or delete the record before navigating away.
