To copy bar code fields for Keyword Values from another Document Type.

  1. From the Bar Code Field Definition dialog box, click Copy Keyword Fields. The Copy Bar Code Format Keyword Fields dialog box is displayed.
  2. Using the Copy From Document Type drop-down list, select the Document Type that the bar code fields are to be copied from. Only Document Types that are assigned to the Bar Code Format are available to be selected.
  3. In the Copy To Document Type(s): list, select the check box next to each Document Type assigned to the Bar Code Format that you would like to copy the bar code fields to.

    To select all Document Types in the list, click Select All.

    To deselect all Document Types in the list, click Deselect All.

  4. Click Copy. The bar code fields are copied to each of the selected Document Types.
