In order to perform Bar Code Processing on a batch of documents, you must create a Scan Format for the scan queue in which the batches to be processed reside.
If your system is licensed for Document Imaging, a Scan Format is already associated with the scan queue. Skip ahead to Performing Batch Bar Code Processing.
To create a scan format:
-
From the OnBase Client module, click Processing | Scan/Index to open the Document Imaging window.
The Document Imaging window consists of the following unique sections.
