If a batch of checks scanned in the Branch Capture Scanning client will be balanced and encoded in the OnBase Client and the user generally does not want to review the batch before transmitting it:

It is considered a best practice to select the After Batch Scan (Immediate Encoding Allowed Before Transit) radio button in the Auto Transmit section of the File Transmission tab of the Branch Capture Scanning Client Settings dialog box.
This option immediately transmits a batch after scanning or after a user exits the Batch Encoding view.
If a batch of checks scanned in the Branch Capture Scanning client will be balanced and encoded in the OnBase Client and the user is required to review the batch before transmitting it:

It is considered a best practice to select the After Batch Encoding Viewed radio button in the Auto Transmit section of the File Transmission tab of the Branch Capture Scanning Client Settings dialog box.
This option forces a user to review the batch before it can be transmitted.
