You must configure the e-mail notification that is sent when a specified percentage of the maximum number of allotted CAR/LAR processes have been consumed.

To configure the high water notification:

  1. From the OnBase Configuration module, click Import | Check Image Processor | Branch Capture CAR/LAR Configuration | High Water Notification Configuration. The Notifications dialog box is displayed:
  2. Enter the name of the high water notification and click Create. It is added to the Notifications list.
  3. Select the high water notification you created in the previous step from the Notifications list and click Settings. The Notification Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  4. In the Subject field, enter the text that you would like to display in the subject line of the high water notification e-mail.
    In the Message field, enter the text that you would like to display in the body of the high water notification e-mail.
  5. To add users to the high water notification recipient list, click Recipients. The Recipients dialog box is displayed.
  6. To add a recipient, click Add. The Recipient Configuration dialog box is displayed.

    Description

    Recipient Type

    Select the radio button of the recipient type you would like to send the notification to.

    • Select the User Group radio button to send the notification to all members of an OnBase User Group. Select the User Group to receive the notification using the associated drop-down.

    • Select the User radio button to send the notification to an OnBase user. Select the user to receive the notification by selecting his/her OnBase user name in the associated drop-down.

    • Select the Address radio button to send the notification to the e-mail address specified in the associated field.

    Mail Type

    If you selected either the User Group or User radio button in the Recipient Type section, the Mail Type options are enabled.

    • Select Internal Mail to send the notification to the selected user(s) via OnBase internal mail.

    • Select External Mail to send the notification to the selected user(s) via e-mail. The notification is sent to the e-mail address configured for the user in the User Settings dialog box.

    • Select Both Internal and External to send notifications to the selected user(s) via both OnBase internal mail and e-mail.

  7. Once a recipient has been configured, click Save to return to the Recipients dialog box. Note that the recipient has been added to the Recipient Name list.
    To modify a recipient, select it in the Recipient Name list and click Settings to display the Recipient Configuration dialog box. To remove a recipient from the Recipient Name list, select it and click Remove.
  8. Once all recipients have been configured and are listed in the Recipient Name list of the Recipients dialog box, click Close to return to the Notification Configuration dialog box.
  9. Click Save to save the high water notification configuration and return to the Notifications dialog box.
