The following are prerequisites for installation of the Branch Capture Check Processor module. If you do not meet these criteria, contact your service provider.

A Check Image Processor license is required to import the check batch information into OnBase.

Your OnBase database must be set up for Check Document Types, and the Position 44 Keyword must be added to the Check Image and Transit Document Types.

A supported check scanner must be installed to use Branch Capture.
