Transmitted batches can be viewed from the Scanning client in the Batch History view.

  1. Click the Batch History button to display the Scanning client in Batch History view.
  2. Click the Select History File toolbar button.
  3. The Select Transmit History File dialog box is displayed.
  4. Browse to the folder for the date that the batch you are looking was transmitted.
    Note:

    Batch history information from before the Branch Capture Scanning client version 3.1.0.0 was run for the first time is stored in a single folder named Before_<Date>.

  5. Select the History.xml file and click Open. That date's batch history information is displayed.
  6. The following information is displayed in the Scanning client for each batch that is displayed in the Batch History view.

    Column Header

    Description

    Branch ID

    The identification number of the branch associated with the batch of documents.

    Note:

    This column is only displayed if Branch Capture is used to service multiple branches. For more information, see your system administrator.

    Batch ID

    The identification number of the batch.

    Teller ID

    The identification number of the user who scanned the batch.

    Capture Date

    The date and time that the batch was scanned.

    Image Only

    This indicates If the batch is an image-only batch (not to be included in outgoing x9.37 files).

    Items

    The number of documents in the batch.

    Amount

    The total amount of money represented by the scanned batch.

    Encoding Status

    This indicates if the batch has been encoded or not.

    Transmit Date

    The date the batch was transmitted.

    The following information is displayed in the bottom portion of the Scanning client:

    Item

    Description

    Image Only Items

    The number of batches containing only images.

    Total

    The total dollar amount of batches containing only images.

    Transit Items

    The number of batches containing non-images.

    Total

    The total dollar amount of batches containing non-images.

    Total Items

    The total number of batches.

    Total

    The total dollar amount of all batches.

    From this view, batches can be re-transmitted to the central office by clicking the Transmit Batch toolbar button.

    To view the Batch Report for the currently-selected batch, click the View Report toolbar button or right-click on the batch.

    Note:

    For more information on the batch report, see Viewing the Batch Report.

    To remove batches from the Batch History view, click the Purge Batch toolbar button.

    Note:

    Depending on your Branch Capture configuration, you may also be able to return transmitted batches to Active Batch status in the Batch History view. For more information on this option, contact your solution provider.
