In order to know where to send the outbound IDocs, SAP needs an RFC destination to point SAP to the OnBase BIC server. To create a RFC Destination:

Execute transaction code SM59 in the SAP Easy Access page to begin configuring an RFC destination. A screen similar to the one below should appear.
- Click Create.

Enter the destination name in the RFC Destination field.
Note:
The destination name must be unique.

For SAP version 4.7 and higher, in the Connection Type field, enter G(Connection to an external server) for the connection type.
For SAP versions below 4.7, in the Connection Type field, enter T(Start an external program via TCP/IP) for the connection type.
- Enter the description and press the Enter keyboard key.

For SAP versions 4.7 and higher, on the Technical Settings tab, enter the host name in the Target Host field, enter the port (80 by default is HTTP) in the Service No. field, and enter path to BIC URL (example: /ArchiveLink/IDocIndex.aspx) in the Path Prefix field.
For SAP version below 4.7, on the Technical Settings tab, select Registered Server Program. If you using one of these version, skip to step 8.

For SAP versions 4.7 and higher, on the Special Options tab, select Yes (All) for Accept Cookies.

Click the Save button.

Load balanced destinations are supported.
