You can enable e-mail notifications to be send to administrators when errors occur during BIC processing. To enable notifications:

  1. Install and configure the Hyland Distribution Service.
  2. In the Hyland.SAPIntegration.BIC.NTService.exe.config file, set IndexProcessServerNotifier equal to true. In a typical location, this file will be found in the following location: C:\Program Files\Hyland\Services\Business Indexing Connector (32-bit operating systems) or C:\Program Files(x86)\Hyland\Services\Business Indexing Connector (64-bit operating systems).
  3. Set EmailSender equal to a valid e-mail address from which you want to send notifications.
  4. Set NotificationRecipients equal to a valid e-mail address to which you want notifications sent.
    Note:

    Multiple e-mail addresses can be specified, separated with a semicolon.
