The Business Indexing Connector Configuration Tool needs to be installed. To install the configuration tool:

  1. Copy the Hyland.SAP.Desktop folder from the Apps - Less than 100 Distributed\SAP Services folder of the software build. In a typical installation, this folder should be copied to C:\Program Files\Hyland(32-bit operating systems) or C:\Program Files(x86)\Hyland(64-bit operating systems).
  2. After copying the folder, open the Hyland.SAP.Desktop.exe.config file. Ensure that the odbcSource value is equal to the ODBC Source you want to connect to for IDoc/Keyword Type mapping purposes. Save the file after change is made.
