For SAP versions 4.7 and higher, SAP also requires a port definition to tell SAP which format to use when broadcasting the IDoc from SAP. If you are running an SAP version below 4.7, do not complete this section. To create a port definition:

  1. Execute transaction WE21. The following screen should appear.
  2. Select XML-HTTP.
  3. Click the Create button.
  4. Enter the port name in the Port field, the Description, select the RFC destination you created in the RFC Destination field.
  5. Click the Save button.
