In order for OnBase to pull Keyword Values from an IDoc, links between IDoc values and Keyword Types must be established. These links are created in the OnBase Business Indexing Connector Configuration Tool. To access the BIC Configuration Tool:

Click Login. The initial screen looks like the following:
Once open, you are ready to map fields to Keyword Types.
