In order to see the IDoc for which you want to map, you can open the .xml file from the configuration tool interface. To open up an IDoc:

Drag the .xml file onto the configuration tool within a gray region of the dialog box. The Sample IDoc will open in a pane to the right.
Only one sample can be opened at a time. If you drag a new sample file to the configuration tool, you are prompted with You are already using a sample. Would you like to replace it? If you click Yes, the currently loaded sample is cleared and the new sample is loaded.
