Usage is simple and virtually invisible to the user. Images are scanned into OnBase. When documents are linked to a business object, an IDoc is sent from SAP to OnBase. OnBase then takes the information from the IDoc and populates the appropriate Keyword Type values, indexing the scanned documents.
