The Content Data Fields section allows you to create Costpoint content data fields and map them to OnBase Keyword Types. You can use the Autoload CMS Document Properties button to populate this table with the OnBase Keyword Types assigned to the current Document Type and suggested Costpoint content data field names and descriptions. You can then manually edit each row as needed. Alternatively, you can manually enter and map each row.
The following columns in the Content Data Fields section are required; additional settings may be necessary depending on the needs of your solution:
