The Client Connector for Deltek Costpoint integration allows you to use OnBase as a replacement for shared network folders. Using OnBase as an alternate file location also allows you to use the Print to File print option to print files from Costpoint directly to OnBase for storage.
The configuration for this option is performed in the Costpoint web client by navigating to Administration | System Administration | File Management | Manage Alternate File Locations. In addition, the Can Be Used as Costpoint File Destination check box must be selected in the Manage Content Types screen for any content types that will use OnBase as the alternate file location.
