It is very important to establish unique key linking fields with the Use to Link Content to Costpoint Records check box column, which allows you designate certain content data fields as key values for linking transaction records to documents.
Similarly, the Allow... check boxes and Content Property Mismatch settings in the Manage Application/Content Links screen enable you to further specify how Costpoint applications and OnBase documents are linked and what kind of content and data can be created or overwritten between Costpoint and OnBase.
