Client Connector for Deltek Costpoint requires authentication through an OnBase user account and a Windows user account. These user accounts have the following requirements:

  • The OnBase user account must be configured with the privileges and product rights for any OnBase features or actions to be used in the integration. For example, to allow users to edit OnBase Keyword Type values from outside of OnBase, the User Group of the OnBase account used for authentication must have the Modify Keywords privilege enabled. The specific privileges and product rights required depend on the needs of your solution. See the System Administration module reference guide for more information on configuring privileges and product rights for User Groups and user accounts.

  • The workstation hosting the CMIS Interface web application must have a Windows user account with the same user name and password as the OnBase user account used for authentication. This Windows user account is used to facilitate IIS Basic authentication.
