Once a document from OnBase has been linked to a Costpoint record, the Content Data Fields screen allows you to view and edit the data fields that have been mapped between the OnBase document and the Costpoint record. This screen is displayed by clicking Attach to display the Linked Content Files screen and then clicking the Content Data Fields link.
To synchronize the data between OnBase and Costpoint, use one of the following buttons in the Content Data Fields screen:

Load Costpoint Record with Content Data Fields: Insert the OnBase Keyword Type values from the linked document into the corresponding data fields in the current Costpoint record. Any pre-existing data field values in Costpoint are overwritten with the Keyword Type values from OnBase.

Load Content Data Fields with Costpoint Record: Use the data field values from the current Costpoint record to overwrite the corresponding Keyword Type values in OnBase.
The data field synchronization between Costpoint and OnBase is completed when the transaction record is saved in Costpoint. Only Keyword Types that have been mapped to Costpoint data fields and configured as Editable can be edited in the Content Data Fields screen.
