Logging in - Client - English - Foundation 22.1 - OnBase - Premier - external - Standard - Essential - Premier - Standard - Essential

To access the OnBase Client, you need to log in using your user credentials. If an automatic login is not configured, you need to enter your credentials manually.

1. Open the OnBase executable by double-clicking the executable icon.
   The OnBase login dialog box is displayed.
2. Select a Data Source from the Data Source drop-down list.
3. Enter your Institution number in the Institution field (if applicable).
4. Enter your user name in the User Name field.
5. Enter your password in the Password field.
6. Click Login.

   The login dialog box is closed, and the OnBase Client is opened.

   Depending on system configuration, the Announcements dialog box may be displayed after logging in.

   

   The Announcements dialog box lists configured system notifications and other important announcements, which are displayed for a limited number of days. The date in the Effective Date column is the first day the announcement could be displayed.

   Tip:

   Click and drag the right border of the Message column to expand the width of the column. This allows longer announcements to be displayed in full.

7. If the Announcements dialog box is displayed, click OK to close the Announcements dialog box.
   Note:

   Announcements can only be displayed at login. They cannot be accessed from within the OnBase Client.
