When cross-reference results are displayed in a list, the list is displayed in a single window. This list may appear as the default method of displaying cross-reference list results or if there are too many results to display each of them as a separate document.
To display cross-reference search results in a list:

In Document Search, enter 0.

Note:
If viewing a text document's cross-references in the list, the Keyword Type used to associate the documents displays next to the Document Type.
