OnBase allows you to switch between users without having to exit the Client.
To switch users within OnBase:
Select File | Switch User.
The current user is logged out and a new OnBase login dialog box is displayed, allowing a different user to log in.
Note:
You cannot change the Data Source when switching users in OnBase.
Enter a User Name and Password that can log in to the current data source.
Click OK.
Note:
You cannot switch to a user that is configured with an Active Directory or LDAP password. This option is not available for published Runtime Clients. See your system administrator for more information.
