If you are a member or have rights to a lot of workspaces, you can find specific workspaces by using workspace retrieval.
To find a workspace using workspace retrieval:

Select User |
Collaboration | Find Workspaces. The Workspace Retrieval dialog box is displayed.

From the drop-down list, select the template from which the workspace was created. Depending on the template configuration, workspace attributes may be displayed in the Workspace Attributes section.

Enter values into the attribute fields displayed. If you want to use wildcards, see Wildcard Options for Workspace Retrieval for details on what wildcards are supported.
Ensure the attribute value matches its data type and data type requirements. The following table lists the attribute requirements:
Setting
Description
Alphanumeric
The maximum amount of characters allowed is 250. In the Maximum Length field, enter the maximum amount of characters for the alphanumeric attribute.
Date & Time
Must be a valid date and time. If no value is provided, 1964-01-01 00:00:00.000 is stored.
Numeric
The valid range for a numeric attribute is -2147483648 to 2147483647.

Select one of the following types of workspaces to find:
Option
Description
Find Active Workspaces
Select to find only workspaces that are active.
Find Inactive Workspaces
Select to find only workspaces that are inactive.
Find All Workspaces
Select to find both active and inactive workspaces.

Click Find. The workspaces matching the search criteria are displayed in the Workspace Search Results window.
- Select the workspace you were searching for. You can view and work in the selected workspace, just as you would in the My Workspaces dialog box.
