Find within Combined View is used to search the active combined view based on the keywords available for documents within that view. To use Find within Combined View:
Values that have been searched for using Find within Combined View are shown at the top of the Document List. The method of displaying search terms depends on the device being used to access the combined viewer.
On some devices with larger displays, the search value is displayed and can be removed by clicking the X near the term. If multiple terms have been selected for a single keyword type, the terms are listed under the keyword type and can be disabled by clicking the keyword and deselecting the check box for the term.
On smaller displays, search results are combined under the following icon with a number in parentheses showing how many search terms are selected:
Click on the icon to see a list of active terms displayed.
To remove a term, deselect the check box for that term.
In all views, selecting Clear All from either above the Document List or in the search term list removes all search terms and displays all documents for the active tab in the active combined view.
