The User Group settings configured for a combined view type determines the availability of retrieved documents to the logged in user. To assign user groups to your combined view type:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Queries | Combined View Configuration.
  2. In the Combined View Configuration dialog box, select the combined view type you want to assign user groups to.
  3. Click User Groups. The <Type Name> User Group Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  4. From the Available User Groups list, select the user groups that should have access to this combined view type and click Add. The selected user group(s) appear in the Selected User Groups list. To remove a user group's access to the combined view type, select the user group in the Selected User Groups list and click Remove.
    Note:

    The available User Groups are limited to User Groups who have permissions to access Combined Viewer and Combined Viewer Configuration. For more information, see Assigning Configuration Rights to Users.

  5. When all the user groups have been assigned, click Close.
