To determine what keyword types are available to use as search criteria when retrieving a combined view in Combined Viewer:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Queries | Combined View Configuration. The Combined View Configuration is displayed.
  2. Select the combined view type you want to configure and click Search Keywords.
  3. The <Type Name> Keyword Types Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  4. From the Available Keyword Types list, select the keyword types that you want to use as a search criteria when retrieving a combined view and click Add. The selected keyword type(s) appear in the Selected Keyword Types list. To remove a keyword type from the available list of search criteria, select the keyword type in the Selected Keyword Types list and click Remove.
    Note:

    Encrypted keywords are not supported for use in configuring keyword types for search.

  5. When all the keyword types have been selected, click Close.
