Tabs are displayed in the Combined Viewer in the order they are show in the View Tabs Configuration dialog box. To change the order of tabs:

  1. In OnBase Configuration, select Queries | Combined View Configuration. The Combined View Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the combined view you want to order the tabs in and click View Tabs. The View Tabs Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  3. Select the tab you want reorder and from the View Tab Name list and click either Move Up or Move Down to change the order in the list and in the combined view.
  4. Select additional tabs to change the order as needed.
  5. Click Close once the order of tabs has been established.

Users will default to the tab highest on the list that they have the rights to access when opening a view of the applicable combined view type. If available, Favorites and Personal Queries tabs appear before ordered tabs in combined views.
