You can determine what keywords are available to index when importing multiple documents via Import Center from the Combined View Configuration page:

  1. Select the combined view type you wish to configure and click Import Keywords. The <Type Name> Import Keyword Types dialog box is displayed.
  2. From the Available Keyword Types list, select the keyword types that you want to index and click Add. The selected keyword type(s) appear in the Selected Keyword Types list. To remove a keyword type, select the keyword type in the Selected Keyword Types list and click Remove.
  3. When all the keyword types you want to use have been assigned, click Close.
    Note:

    Encrypted keywords are not supported for use in defining combined view types.

    Note:

    Keyword types in the Import Center should match those in use with the associated combined view type.
