Once the documents are in SAP, access the Workflow queue by doing the following:

  1. Login to the SAP interface.
  2. Enter the workplace inbox (transaction SBWP).
  3. Expand the Inbox.
  4. Click on the Workflow queue.

    To process a document in the SAP Workflow:

  5. Double-click on a document. The document will open in the Unity Client for use with SAP ArchiveLink or DocPop (depending on your configuration) and the Process Document Type dialog is displayed in SAP.
  6. Click Continue. The Header Data screen will display.
  7. Enter the appropriate information from the document being viewed in the viewer.
  8. Click Save.
