This procedure must be done outside of OnBase. Use any text editor program to perform this task.

  1. Open the DJDE text file using a text editor.
  2. Header information separates each document in the DJDE file. Within the Header, a .fsl form is identified.
    For DJDE, the ID string is located in the header information of the DJDE file as FORMS=XXXXXX where XXXXXX represents the unique .fsl file name used for formatting. This .fsl file number is Document ID string.

Write down all Document Types and their corresponding .fsl file in the DJDE file. The FORMS=XXXXXX string will be used in Document ID String configuration.
