Oracle's Streams Replication is not supported as a high-availability solution for an OnBase database. This solution requires either the use of primary keys on all OnBase tables that participate in transactional replication or that the tables of the OnBase schema do not contain duplicate rows. Hyland Software, Inc. does not allow this type of structural change to the database. Second, by design, there are several tables of the OnBase schema that do not have a set of data that could be construed as a unique key and may contain duplicate rows. Hyland Software, Inc. will not support this failover solution.
