The following database roles and rights are created for use by the OnBase application (via Foundation DBUtils):

• The CONFIGGP database role has SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE, and INSERT rights on all OnBase tables. Additionally, this role is granted platform-specific permissions or role membership to support alternate accounts for use with Core application connectivity. CONFIGGP will also be granted CREATE SESSION in Oracle environments.

• The CLIENTGP database role has SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE, and INSERT rights on all OnBase tables. The CLIENTGP database role will also be granted CREATE SESSION in Oracle environments.

• The VIEWGP database role has SELECT rights on all OnBase tables. The VIEWGP database role will also be granted CREATE SESSION in Oracle environments.
