If you use Oracle's Data Pump utilities (expdp / impdp) to create a copy of the database, there are two options available for the OnBase schema:

A full export where the schema, roles, users, and grants are included and restored on an import in a new instance.

An export of the hsi schema, which requires the RecreateDBUsersHighSecurity application to be run after the import is completed.This application is available in the OnBase Software Downloads section of Community.
