Options that enable the automatic creation of indexes based on workload analysis tools (for example, the Automatic Tuning options available in Azure SQL Database) should not be used with an OnBase database. Creating and dropping indexes are considered schema modification and are not supported for the OnBase database as they go against the Database Use Policy.
