Creating a Tab for a Facility - DeficiencyPop - Foundation 23.1 - Foundation 23.1 - Ready - OnBase - Premier - Standard - external - Premier - Standard

Clinical document tabs must be configured for each facility containing charts. When a chart is opened in DeficiencyPop, its contents are organized according to the tab configuration for the chart's facility.

1. In OnBase Configuration, select Medical > Facilities > Facility Configuration.
   The Medical Facility Configuration dialog box is displayed.

   
2. Select a facility.
3. Click Clinical Document Tabs.
   The Tab Configuration dialog box for the selected facility is displayed.

   
4. In the text field below the list of tabs, enter a name for a tab.
   For example, a tab could be named "Doctor Notes", "Lab Results", or "Discharge".
5. Click Create.
   The tab is created and displayed in the list of tabs.
6. Continue to Configuring Tab Settings.
